What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM noon. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged depending on availability — please contact us in advance to confirm.
Do you offer packages or special rates?+
Yes! We offer seasonal promos, group packages, and special rates for birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
Is your resort pet-friendly?+
Yes, we welcome well-behaved pets. Please inform us in advance. A small pet fee may apply and pets must be kept away from pool areas.
Is there a minimum age requirement for guests?+
There is no minimum age requirement. Children are welcome; adults must supervise children around pool areas at all times.
Is vaccination required?+
Current health protocols are followed in line with local government guidelines. Please contact us for the most up-to-date requirements.
What is your cancellation / return policy?+
Cancellations made 7 days before are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
